Imagine a wedding on the Italian Riviera. The vibrant palette of deep blues, terracotta oranges, and sunny yellows evokes the charm of coastal Italy, complemented by elegant tablescapes adorned with intricate ceramic patterns and lush floral arrangements.
That was the inspiration for our theme for the 2025 Downtown Portland Venue Crawl. Mediterranean-inspired elements like cascading greenery, citrus accents, and rustic textures set a dreamy ambiance reminiscent of picturesque seaside villages. Across our signature 93-foot projection wall, guests viewed inviting blue waters behind the sweetheart table perched on the balcony created by our stage. As evening fell, the projection shifted to sunset, creating a scene filled with beauty and romance.
We were delighted to welcome The Venue Crawl’s 200 guests to experience a celebration filled with warmth, elegance, and timeless Italian flair.
Highlights from Our Talented Vendor Team
This amazing wedding production was only possible because of our exceptional vendor team. As guests explored AVENUE, they had the opportunity to experience the services offered by each vendor:
- DJ Avelanche created the perfect soundtrack for the day, blending Italian vibes with timeless party hits that kept the energy high.
- Iryna Shalom Couture, Bridal Exclusives and Cover of Beauty dazzled guests with five beautiful bride-models, showcasing stunning dresses and expert hair and makeup.
- Devil’s Food Catering and Tres Belle Desserts delighted guests with delicious, Instagram-worthy sips, nibbles, and sweet treats.
- Across our vivid Story Walls, the artistry of Aralani Photography and Casperson Productions showcased the heart of every celebration.
- Smirk Photobooth added a fun, interactive element, with guests hamming it up in the photo booth, then instantly seeing their images displayed in a larger-than-life live feed projected across the venue.
- Arden Event Collective elevated the decor with their range of exquisite rentals, while Infinity Northwest Event Planning brought it all together with impeccable creative strategy.
- Lush Floral Design transformed AVENUE into a floral paradise, with breathtaking greenery and vibrant blooms beautifully enhancing the Italian Riviera theme.
- Alpha-Lit Portland added a bold statement with their illuminated “AMORE” marquee letters — a show-stopping feature that embodied the spirit of love and joy.
